We have been seeing Dr Brian Hartman for lactation consultation and he has been an incredible help. Thanks to him I am able to breast feed and he continues to provide follow up care as other issues come up. He is very thorough, listens to all concerns, even when there are plenty, and works collaboratively for the best solutions to each problem that is unique to us and our experiences. You can tell he takes pride in doing well in this field of work and he is very compassionate towards us as his patients. He was also thorough with informed consent for both myself and my daughter. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an LC or seeing him as a GP.
My Doctor is fantastic! I have seen Doctor Poonja multiple times now with nothing but great things to say. But to schedule an appointment is never easy. Be prepared to leave a voicemail to schedule an appointment, no one ever answers the phone on the first call. Even upon open. I called at 8:07am … no answer. Also they do NOT do reminder calls. So if you forget to mark your appointment on the calendar and miss your appointment, be prepared to pay $100. Which they do NOT mention to you when your schedule the appointment. Also walls are very thing in the clinic … be prepared for people waiting in the room next to you to hear everything.
I have been seeing Dr. Retzer since I was born. She is a fantastic doctor who is passionate about her work, cares for her patients, and goes above and beyond to provide the best care. This clinic is very lucky to have her, as she has a positive impact on the lives of her patients. This is a great clinic, it is always clean, timely, and the staff are polite. Their new online booking portal is convenient and easy to use.
I’ve been with Dr. Brian Hartman for a year and he is one of the kindest most caring physicians I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I have a variety of medical issues and it’s incredibly refreshing to have someone be incredibly empathetic. I’ve never had any issues at any of the many appointments I’ve had. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor in Calgary!
Dr. Ellen Burgess is simply one of the best physicians. She truly loves her job. She gave first class 2 page recommendations without even meeting with my dad. Very impressive. Pls keep up the good work
Friendly staff, short wait times and very thorough doctors that go above and beyond to make sure your recovery is successful.
Dr. Lee is very kind and thoughtful. She really listens. My daughter has seen her last two years. We really appreciate her work. Hoping to see her at Richmond more often.
First time I went was great. Call in advande and booked an appointment with ease. The dr. Was super helpful. A few months later I went to book an appointment and they have zero record of me on file. They told me I can't book an appointment because no physicians are accepted in patience now.
Dr Toole is a great doctor! Talks straight, is caring and easy to talk with. Fixed my foot. Highly recommend.
Front staff are incredibly rude and not friendly at all, as a young woman coming into the clinic for feminine procedures I would hope that the staff was more welcoming. Personal medical decisions should not so blatantly be judged when some one comes in for an appointment. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.
