We brought in our baby for a circumcision procedure and it went great! Keeping in mind that all babies are different- our son did not cry during the procedure. The details on the website regarding the process is very accurate and the notes of post care are very helpful. Especially the note about swaddling. When we arrived home he did cry but after being soothed, swaddled and given some additional Tylenol he settled and slept from 7 until his next feeding.

Despite being quite nervous going in, the staff, nurses and doctor all made the process easy for me. It was incredibly quick and painless - surprisingly so! Two days later and I feel ready to get back to normal activity tho I will wait the full week as recommended!.

Brought my son here at nearly 4 months age in September to get procedure done. Dr. Crouse was quick, efficient and knowledgable. He had no problem to answer even minor question on personal phone when I had it. His entire staff was also very warm and welcoming and helpful over the phone for any questions.

Had my vasectomy done on Friday, felt some discomfort for a couple of days. the Nurses and Dr. Crouse were so professional and truly try to eliminate any nervous energy that the client may have. i was in and out of the operating room in under 15 minutes, it gave me 0 time to be nervous or over think the situation. The nurse took time to explain every thing to me and sent me home with a care package. i thought it was quite ironic that they send you home with "dad's" cookies... Thank you very much for the service and hospitality i had received. though i will never be back.... i will recommend you to all friends and family!

Dr. Crouse and his assistant were very eay to talk to and explained everything clearly. The procedure really was painless and quick. Props to these professionals.

Went in for a vasectomy, quick and painless! Super friendly staff! I did have a lil dizzy spell and the staff were on top of it, very tentative and caring, overall great experience! If it wasn't a once in a lifetime procedure, I'd definitely go here again! Side note, follow their instructions guys! Makes the process smoooooth

I had my vasectomy at this clinic yesterday, and I would have to say the procedure has come a long way! Dr. Crouse and his staff are very caring and the method they use is very non-invasive. The whole procedure took about five minutes and I barely felt a thing - and this is coming from someone who was very squeamish and very nervous about the whole thing. I was in and out of the clinic in 30 minutes. The day after - no swelling, no pain. Very impressed. The Premium Uninsured Package is worth it, I would say - access to the nitrous oxide and the care package they send you home with is useful. A very professional place.

The consultation was clear and the procedure went flawless. I had anxiety about this procedure but the process was nearly painless and the after healing went way better than some of the stories I have heard with the traditional procedure. I would highly recommend this team!
