Richmond Laundromat

I’ll be washing my oversized duvet here from now on. Clean, tidy place. Easy to use machines. Fairly priced. Very nice owner/attendant. Highly recommended! (:

I have been going to this Laundromat for a little over 2 years now, every 2 weeks I go. The Asian fellow that I believe is the owner is always helpful, approachable, cleaning the facility, over all great place to wash your clothes. I will continue to go here because it's clean, good value for your money, and the "Reward" loyalty card is a great incentive to keep coming back. After 10 paid washes your 10th is free. Thanks for keeping a nice place like this open. Magnum Bala

Clean shop with friendly service and reasonable prices, especially for drop-off service.

Very clean place. The attendant is always there if needed. Floors are clean, machines are clean. IT is easy to get your laundry into. Grab a coffee and let the machines do the work

The only reason I a giving this a star at all is because you have to in order for your comment to show. Otherwise I give it a -10. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. This is smaller Laundromat and 50% of the machines had "Out of Order" signs on them and about another 25% of the machines should have had sign on them as well. I had to get change from the attendant for the machines through the till debit and the attendant charged me $1.50. I spent $9.00 dollars on a triple loader washer to wash my king size duvet and it truly came out yellow and disgusting with marks on it. I notified the attendant and showed him and he said I must have brought it in that way. It's "BRAND NEW"! I was washing it to get the new brittle feel out of it. Because it was dripping wet and I didn't want it to dry (to keep the marks from setting), I had to pay again (the attendant charged me again for using his debit) to wash it again but I used a different triple loader machine. It came out bright and white but some of the marks still remained. I showed the attendant the difference and he said it's only because I washed it twice. It costs .25 cents for a 4 min dry cycle. I spent $3.50 to dry it which took about almost an hour and it still wasn't dry but by this time I was fed up and was not giving this rip off Bast*#d another dime of my money. He is a horrible person who's sole purpose is to rip you off. STAY AWAY!!!
