Tower Cleaners - Kensington

I find the service to be excellent and the quality hard to compete with! I've been taking mine and my husbands clothes here for about a year and have always been impressed with the way our clothes turnout. I brought in a dress that didn't have a care label on it and would have been difficult to clean without ruining it and the store clerk was great in communicating with me before proceeding to clean it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, quality cleaner!

I started using Tower Cleaners in October and have love them! I don't know why they received such a low score before. I had a silk shirt that was ripped on the seam when I brought it in and their seamstress repaired it for me and it looks great! Great customer service too

Overpriced, poor customer service... They don't bother even posting the prices for dry cleaning. Do yourself a favor - find a locally owned family run dry cleaner with lower prices.

They charge me twice and i call them several times but nobody give clear answer , always they tell me ok, it will be solved in next week but they don’t do anything about refund , never go there again.

I will NEVER use Tower Cleaners again! They are DAMAGED my husbands business suit and never admit that was their fault. Lady in the shop was rude... when I tried to explain on the phone the problem-she just hang up! so result: they refund a dry cleaning cost BUT the suit is in the garbage... NOT RECOMEND TO ANYBODY!!!
