Tower Cleaners - Eau Claire

Overpriced. I got an uniform cleaned here without a shirt and pay 2 times more of what a friend paid somewhere else; my friend got clean her uniform and a shirt for half of what I pay.

I had a bad experience two times in a row. At first, I wanted to clean my winter jacket but later on when I came to pick it up, the zipper was broken. They did replace it, but it was a cheap, low quality one. Still they gave me a 25% discount on the next cleaning. I was OK about that since different stuff do happen. However, the next time I came with my wife's winter fur coat the buckle on it was ruined. When I called the manager, he told me it's my fault because the buckle wasn't designed properly even though the coat cost more than $300. The manager did make this clean free but I was really disappointed anyway. I don't think I'll ever be using Tower Cleaners again.

I've been taking my clothes to Tower Cleaners for many years and have always had great service. The staff have always been quick to resolve any problems and to go out of their way to help when needed.

This is the worst company I have dealt with in my life. First they lost my comforter. The one they tried to give me back was worn and the wrong size. I took returned it and the manager told me that it was mine. So I returned with the bag mine came in as proof to the size and condition of my comforter. I was then accused of running a scam. I sent a complaint via their website and got no response. I then faxed the complaint directly to the owner, Tony Stephen, and got no response. He finally responded after I sent an email, which amounted to no action. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they too were ignored, twice. It's been over 5 months and I'm still waiting.

I've been going here for 6m. Every 2nd time they mess something up. Its not done on time or they can't find it. I've had them lose items and claim they never received them only after constant pressure they find them a week later. Avoid!
