Richardson Park Campground

This is our second time here. There was a last-minute cancellation and we were able to get in. Finding your site can be challenging if you are not familiar with the park. Our site was large with a paved pad. We had water and electric with a dump station is on the premises. Most sites are large with room for 2-3 vehicles, tents and campers. Many large groups but there is plenty of space. Good biking and walking around the park. Lots of shade trees. Only negative with that there is no Verizon coverage. I was only able to text.

This is my families go to camping area. I have two children under the age of five and having the convenience of electrical hookups and running water makes camping enjoyable. The camp hosts are amazing also. It's worth the nightly fee.

We will definitely be back!! Gorgeous campground, great spots for tents and RV with hookups, electric, water (a huge bonus after 5 days of camping without!). Every spot we saw looked great. We shy away from busy, loud campgrounds, and while this was nearly full, people were polite and spread out enough - it was lovely. Bathrooms great and clean. Can check in late by paying at the office after hours. We have a rooftop tent, and every spot there looked suitable. Camp host friendly and patient with us. Can't wait to spend more time on another trip through this area! The lake looked amazing!! Worth 25 minutes off the main road, for sure.

My family and I have camped here for years now and always love it more every year! The camp hosts are friendly helpful and amazing! Each site is available for rv or tent camping which is super cool when you are tent camping with small children because you have electricity and running water right at your own site for your own use. There bathrooms are always super clean and showers are available for free for campers and also super clean. We love it here!

Nice place to stay. Were tent camping and couldn't ask for nicer hosts. A couple things they could improve on that's why the four.
