Great place for overnight stay. Within walking distance of Cuba Cheese Shoppe. Fairly large spaces but no privacy. Well maintained. Very nice owners. Self check-in.

The hosts Vance and Darlene were great. They were very friendly and professional and did a great job keeping the place up. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful tent sites right on the water. So peaceful, until train comes through town around 10. Other than that, it was totally great. Million $ view of the river.

If I could give this park a negative star rating I would. Do not waste your time or money. The owners are completely hands-off and have no regard for customer service. We tried to dump our tank (thankfully the grey tank) and it wouldn't drain. We told them about the issue but it wasn't until someone else showed up a day or so later and had the same problem that they did something. I use the phrase "did something" very loosely as they start digging holes all around our rig to try to find the problem. Then as they all stood around the hole trying to figure it out, we literally overheard them saying, "We might need a 5th of bourbon to figure this out!" They left a note on our rig saying it would be fixed by the next day at noon (today). The septic company arrived at 10 am with 2 trucks trying to fix it and then they left around 1 pm. During this time, there is no communication with us as to whether we needed to unhook our water or sewer or what's going on. They took it upon themselves to unhook our things without telling us. The issue was still not resolved. Meanwhile, it had been raining non-stop for the past two days so sewer is spilling over next to our rig and they tell us they want to dig ANOTHER hole in front of the rig. At that point we had enough because I have a full-time remote job and need to be able to shower and dump the tanks. They tried to upgrade our site but we were only staying another two weeks and it seemed pointless to pack up to move the rig, just to pack it up and move again. They refused to refund us for the two weeks we weren't staying there. Then, to top it off they told us we still owed them for electric. While we did, and we paid the extra we owed—it was a slap in the face for everything we went through. While their front desk help did apologize and tried to do everything in their power to get us a partial refund, the owners of the park did not care. Needless to say, if you are looking for a friendly, customer-service oriented park—avoid this one. It was clear that customers are treated as no more than pain in the ass and a check in their bank.
