The store itself is great, wonderful deals friendly staff. The pharmacy staff can be quite impatient, rude, and not very helpful. The pill delivery service is the only plus.

The staff is always courteous and helpful, and know many customers by name. Always more than willing to take the time to help you find something in the store when asked.

I've never had my Rx filled on time and I receive bad customer service more than not.  Either the staff are incompetent or they have too many customers.  As a pharmacy with the highest filling fee in the city ($12.99) they need to improve their customer service.  I will be taking my business else where.  Wake up Rexall, you aren't the only pharmacy in town!

This Rexall is terible, chronically late. If i could give it no stars i would. The staff at most times seem stressed and a lot of them (not all) are rude and rushed. Walmart is at least 15% cheeper and our prescriptions are ready when they say they are. They have been through a tonn of pharmacists and i really believe its the owners fault, i would hate my job if i had to work under her aswell. Save your money and time.. shop elsewhere.
