This was my first visit to the establishment, and I have to admit that it was the greatest recommendation for a healthy lunch. The personnel was amiable and welcoming, and the setting was pleasant and tidy. They will definitely see me again because I ordered the peanut butter bowl. My bowl's contents were delicious and refreshingly fresh, and the portion size was ideal. This restaurant is a great choice if you are searching for something healthier.
My favourite place for healthy on the go food options! Cristina is a great worker and makes each visit so pleasant. She’s knowledgeable, puts love and care into all the food/drinks and has great customer service skills. I look forward to visiting the Woodbridge location because of her!Food: 5/5
The açai bowls are a hit & a miss, usually when I come during weekdays the bowls are great. But over weekends I guess different staff are working the bowls are made terribly. Peanut butter just plopped in a big clump ontop of the peanut butter bowl, when usually it’s mixed into the açai base, and the fruit is barely cut up.Food: 3/5
Ordered delivery chickpeas salad and they sent the containers that expire in 4 days that they usually have on sale but charged me the full price that they charge for freshly made ones, and it’s not about the price it’s the fact that they fool customers and take advantages! They basically took advantages of the fact that I wasn’t there! I’ve been a customer since they first opened, they used to be trustworthy but not anymore! I called and they don’t pick up the phone. I’m not impressed at all ! It’s not the first time when they do a lousy job, another time they sent a tea with the bag in and the water just a little bit warmed up ! Basic knowledge is that the herbs in a tea bag need hot water they don’t know this little? Last time to order from them, I dont recommend their bad service especially for delivery, they are untrustworthy.
Exceptional customer service, delicious, fresh and high end tasting food. There is a delightful atmosphere which makes each visit very welcoming. The ladies working are always very friendly and, contribute to a warm and inviting experience. The quick and delicious preparation of the food adds to the overall satisfaction. As a frequent Revitasize shopper, I look forward to returning even more often.
I had an unpleasant experience here today. I walked in and there was nobody at the front of the store. I waited for a while before a girl finally came out of the back room. She acted as though she did not want to serve me. When I was paying, she took the machine and added a tip for herself, which I did not consent to. She then received a bouquet of flowers where she stood in front of the cash and spoke with a colleague about the flowers and what she did to deserve them. I wanted to purchase another item, but she acted like she didn’t see me and was visibly annoyed when she needed to move out of the way so I could pay. Super unprofessional. Made me feel uncomfortable as a customer and will NOT be returning.
$13.50 for a PB+ protein shake that tastes like blended crickets, ripoff and gross. Go to Hercs across the street for $9 large protein shake that includes an extra scoop of protein. Waste of money for the shake...
Don’t know if it is me or what’s happening… I normally goes to the Aurora and the Markham location.. maybe I am so used to the friendly folks in those two locations, I found the folks in this location abit different. I wouldn’t say folks who work in this location are rude but pretty close to it without much friendly tone as if I am asking for free food… I went there two mornings and I got the same feelings. I guess ppl may have bad morning these days. It’s not the biggest concerns for me. The concern for me this time when I ordered a Super Açai smoothie from this location, it is quite watery in my opinion. I have this smoothie all the time in Aurora and Markham location so I felt the difference this time.. quite watery… I need to rush to work so I didn’t bother to go back and ask. Besides, I probably will stay away from this location. Edit Nov 2022- add another star from 2 since the owner seems do care about feedback and tries to do something to prevent it from happening again.
I love revita, I’m there often and enjoy my visits everytime. The girls are always so kind and are always quick to help when I have a question. I definitely can’t wait to return. Love you revita Food: 5/5
Interiors are nice and loved that there are so many options to choose from. I also love the option of being able to make your own bowl and getting to choose your own toppings. I tried the master bowl, which I found was delicious but there could've been more.
