Good bang for buck ...staff always so helpful

Very clean facility and people friendly, they have so many variety of machines and they have speed bags and a punching bag which is a huge plus.

I've worked out at several Retro Fitness gyms and this one is the best! Several options available for strength training, which is very important to me because I have rotator cuff issues. Also plenty of options for cardio. The gym doesn't feel cramped, which is extremely beneficial during peak hours. The small details are also appreciated. This includes a power entry/exit door and power sun shades. 👍🏾

The staff is very helpful and the gym is very neat and clean.  The hours are from 4:30am to 11pm monday through Friday and are very convenient.  The assortment of equipment for different muscle groups is impressive .
