They ripped me off. I signed up for a deal which took 10 dollars off their premium plan that I can use any gym anywhere. I changed credit cards and as a result I went in to notify them.  I was told that I'm still paying the same old rate. When I notified them I signed a contract, the front desk refused to find the contract. I told them to research and look at the date I signed up to confirm that deal was going on and they would not do it. 

I was tricked into switching from my month to month to a 2 year contract on a lie. As a result, over 2 years I will lose 240 dollars. Did I mention I have been with them for 20 years or so?lies. The reason they get 3 stars is because their staff is very nice and it's not as busy as other centers so I always get to use the machines I need.

I signed up for a membership in college and had to return to school in August for about 10 months to finish. I asked if I could put it on hold and they said they could do so for 1 year. I said I would like to put it on a 1 year hold and the staff said no problem. November rolls around and I see my standard monthly membership charges pick back up again after 3 months, not 12. As far as I’m concerned, that’s stealing and unsound business practices. I wouldn’t come here if it weren’t the closest to my house. As it is, it’s already severely overcrowded since the one by Rockland Bakery closed, making many of the machines unusable.

I wish I could give less stars.  These criminals gave me some sleazy talk up of how good of a deal they were giving me and how they were hooking me up with a multiple location membership for the price of a regular membership.  Of course, they didn't mention that they were going to charge me a $70 yearly membership fee on top of that.  But, there it was on my credit card bill.  Again, these people are sleazy scam artists with a gym that could be good if they weren't low lives.

Worst gym subscription I have ever had, and the staff was extremely unhelpful. I changed my credit card and I called to change it but the staff would tell me the manager is the only one who can do that. I would leave a call back number and the manager would never contact me back, and they ended up telling me I was in debt to them and they sent a debt collection company after me. WORST STAFF. If you're worried about anything of this nature stay away from them.

Fraud! Do not even sign up for the trial. They will never let you go and bill incessantly. Then after notifying by phone, email and in person, they send you to collections. Already hundreds of people affected by their fraud...don't take my word for it Google it. The manager should be fired.
