Great food ,very happy to have dined here on a packed friday evening. We mostly went by the waiters recommendations for the most popular items. Sesame feta starter and a dip guess it was called tzaziki were both someth new for us. Platter was excellent too Well priced and good service , food arrived fairly quick
The restaurant is a bit deceiving. It appears to be very authentic from the outside, but it's similar to iHop. The food itself is good. We got the chicken Souvlaki, tatziki, sesame cheese, saganaki, and a salad. The salad wasn't fresh, it was mostly tomatoes and onions. The chicken souvlaki was excellent. Good dip, good procude, really good chicken and well cooked. Fhd seaseme cheese was surprising. Sweet, salty, and overall good taste. Saganaki was good. The service was okay. A big slow, but okay. The prices are really good.
Super friendly staff, absolutely huge portions, and extremely affordable. The food was decent, but really nothing special. Slightly bland and the chicken was a little overcooked. Good for large groups or a casual meal.
I came here with my family. The space is big and can seat really huge groups. The service was friendly and the food came out pretty fast. Our orders were all very good!
I took the souvlaki chicken pita plate. As usual, the portion was big and the food delicious. However, the service was bad… very slow waiter and didn’t even get us a refill for water, when the restaurant was not full and half empty.Recommended dishesSouvlaki Plate, Fried Calamari
Great location. Very easy to spot straight out of metro Namur. The portion was large. The bread had oil leaking made me think of popcorn . The rice and their marathon salad...Idk it was a totally different experience for me.
Just like how I remembered. Moved away from Montreal over 13 years ago and haven’t been to Marathon since. Was on a business trip with a colleague and we were in the area. We got the calamari as an appetizer and both ordered the pork souvlaki platter. The calamari was light, crisp, and very tasty. The souvlaki platter portion was very good. Lots of rice and fries, and the Greek salad was just like how I remembered. Happy to see that little was changed in terms of quality and taste over the years!
I found human facial hair in my food. Despite giving 5 stars in the past for the good food I always get, I cannot disregard such lack of care. Extremely disappointed in Marathon. Having been there douzens of time over years I am not happy with this last experience.

We came without reservation on Saturday evening. We were 4 adults and 4 kids... we were greeted very kindly and the host made extra effort to seat us as quickly as possible. The waiter was very quick, attentive and regardless of the very full restaurant and stress- he got our orders done perfectly and we were served quite quickly. We love coming here, it's not the first time... the food is great, the service is always fantastic, but I fully expected this to be longer as it was a FULL HOUSE. Really appreciate everything, thank you guys, everyone is doing a fantastic job!
