Went there to get a trio, got a quarter pound with cheese no onions. And when we left and opened the burger, there’s only onions and 2 slices of pickles that’s it. Not the first time been disappointed and would not recommend coming here

I normally find this McDonald’s reliable but the Franchisee or manager who was working there today he was in street clothes was incredibly rude to me. First he denied my 3 year old a Grinch happy meal box because it only comes with certain meals. I ordered 5 items, including 2 happy meals, but none of them qualified for a .02 box. Once we left, he cried the whole way home. When I got home, I realized they forgot my wife’s burger. When I went back, he said that they packed it, basically accusing me of trying to get an extra burger. They still made the burger but no apology for the inconvenience. My fries were also 2/3 full, maybe they are just extremely cheap at this location. The owner or manager has 0 customer service skills or common sense. The woman who is the shift manager on Saturday is great, however. She is always very kind and goes out of her way to make people happy.

“ARE YOU DRUNK?”nnSo Disappointed with Service at This Location!!!!nnI visited this McDonald’s on February 1 at 9 PM and had a frustrating experience. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a small coffee but was given and charged for a medium coffee , but after paying, I was told to go to a window that was visibly closed for the cheeseburger. I waited 5–6 minutes with no assistance, and cars behind me started honking, so I had to leave without my food.nnWhen I returned to explain what happened, I was met with rudeness over the intercom, including an employee asking, “What’s wrong with you? Are you drunk?”—which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.nnThe manager did try to make things right by refunding the cheeseburger that I didn’t get, which was at this point cold and soggy- but the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and efficiency. I hope management takes action to ensure better training and professionalism for their employees.

I came to the drive and ordered a trio and said « 2 times » which means I wanted 2 trios. The guy didn’t confirm. When I pulled up to the window the girl was very rude giving attitude « did you check the price before coming to the window » took a while for her to charge me again for 2nd trio. Nuggets also taste like plastic.will not be coming again.

This branch is closest to our house we often go to this one. unfortunately, mistakes often happen. Just now we ordered eight items and one of them is missing. We were in a rush, so didn’t get to check the bag. We usually do since it’s happened way too often, but of course the tome we don’t- there was an item missing. Tried calling the branch, but of course no one picks up. Please do better.
