Very disappointed with my experience this morning. I ordered an Egg BLT with NO bacon, and it was clearly mentioned on my receipt. Despite that, bacon was still added and seemed to be removed after because I still found pieces of bacon in my sandwich. I have the receipt to show the order was incorrect. On top of that, the lady at the drive-thru window had a lot of attitude, which made an already frustrating experience even worse and ruined the start of my day. I also tried calling the restaurant multiple times afterward, but nobody answered the phone. Customers deserve better attention to orders, better communication, and respectful service.

Very fast service. They’ve got a good system and communication going on in the back. Guests here tend to be more posh and entitled here so the restaurant is more dirty by garbage left behind. Typical Mcdonald’s standard food. Restaurant size is on the smaller size.

Food. It’s McDonald’s. Most of their food is fake food and the only thing safe to eat is an egg McMuffin without any meat. It’s ok and dos the job in a pinch.nnService. Not very swift I would say. Cashier got very confused with an order and gave me twice of an item and when I approached her to inform her of her error she denied and argued, and after I recanted the order she agreed and said wait, I’ll get the manager, who never came to deal with the refunded error. Poor management, poor training, no attention to detail, poor listening, and not customer centric.nnAtmosphere. Reasonably clean but a very poor layout that lacks any personality or a sense of comfort.nnThis was a location that was convenient so I tried it. My two sandwiches were poorly assembled and wrapped rapidly and without concern as when I opened the two sandwiches up, both had half the cheese off the sandwich and stuck to the paper, the English muffin was not adequately aligned or properly covering the sandwich. It’s a super brainless task to do this, so it’s not for lack of intelligence, it’s sheer laziness and zero attention to detail and no concern for the customer. Any other brand would live a slow death, but because it’s McDonalds the standards can be reduced.nnWatch the reply from the company, this will be lacking genuine accountability, written generically to placate me and the reader, and without any repercussion to the staff of this morning of December 14, 2025 at app 8:30 am. The response will simply be to show readers that “they do care”, and they apologize, that this is not their standard, this is a one off, or please invest more of your precious time to “contact us” to discuss further. Like that would even make a difference.nnI loath when a store owner or chain gas lights, and McDonald’s did this with brilliance as they have done so many times before. Like when the CSL road location filled up the soft serve cup halfway, which head office agreed was wrong and against policy but did nothing. Or the same location did the same BS when I bought an ice cream cone and it was half the size. The only store worth your time is the Decarie Blvd store near the Orange Julep.nnNo return to the location.

“I visited tonight and saw staff cleaning/mopping around the kitchen equipment while food was actively being prepared. It made me concerned about hygiene and food safety. I hope management improves the timing of cleaning during food preparation / i attach the picture and circle the area they are cleaning with mope while food was actively being prepared

I end up here almost every single week and it honestly always hits the spot. It’s the absolute best go-to for a late-night craving. The food always comes out tasting fresh and hot, not like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours or tastes completely frozen. Highly recommend it if you’re just looking for a really solid burger or some fresh fries late at night.
