Very, very positive experience. Less than two days from the first phone call I made, I had a new gas water heater installed and the old electric one removed. The owner himself was on site to help out and supervise. Quality work done promptly, courteous workers, for a good price.

I have not had heat last year and this year. I have WAS using Renshaw  Plumbing and heating THEY WERE REASONABLE NOT EXPENSIVE BUT.. I called them before the New Year and they came out again they have told me, I have to search for the parts myself. Then on the second trip they said will have to get in touch with our parts man for or get a new system will call you with estimates. Days went by cold nights went by. I sent a text no reply then called.  I believe I was being blown off never contacted me,tried calling no answers so then I called from my work phone and Wow they answered as I started a conversation they said can't talk will call you back Wed before the 2018 storm I find myself looking for another Plumbing and heating guy NO HEAT.   Amazing this new plumbing and heating guy in New London SLS came after the storm had the part which was only the pilot light on heater WAS NEEDED since it was a 1977 system he had the part and HE CAN ORDER AN EXTRA ONE.  WOW THEY STILL make it, EVEN THOUGH  RENSHAW PLUMBING AND HEATING SAID NO TOO OLD MAYBE ON INTERNET. IF THEY DID'NT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME JUST SAY SO.

Renshaw plumbing is an excellent plumbing business. Mr. Renshaw gives reasonable prices and great service. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.
