Oh no my water heater went, flooded the basement. The heater was in the worst tight spot. No problem they replaced it in a few hours. And this was on a Friday. Thanks to them i had hot water for the weekend. Excellent service.... Very friendly... Customer service was great. Big thanks to Sherrie and Todd.

On a Friday morning, I contacted ASI to (1) unclog a bathtub drain that was not responding to chemical treatment, and (2) repair a leaking Kohler mixing valve (same bathtub). That Friday, mid-afternoon, ASI arrived, to inform me that (1) they did not having any snaking equipment for the tub drain, and (2) they did not service Kohler brand, only Moen. ASI removed parts from the Kohler mixing valve and took them away, saying that "the office will contact you". The office did not contact me, during the entire weekend. By removing the parts, a leaky tub spout that was about 5 gallons every 24 hours, became 5 gallons every 3 hours, and was also leaking into the tub wall, damaging the drywall and creating a mold problem (my wife is allergic to mold).
