Niantic Plumbing & Appliance

I don't think they are interested in new customers. My bathroom sink drain stopper broke. I called Niantic Plumbing Monday. The woman answering the phone said the guy was busy working on 2 jobs that day but will call me back Tuesday. No one called back. I called again Thursday. A man answered. He said his schedule looks full and wouldn't set a date for me. Weird. Maybe the job was too small. He's not interested..

Service person was late (30min) to the scheduled appointment, then never provided the quote for the work to be done. Same with their recommended secondary businesses.

These guys are the best! I had an unscheduled crisis, my sump pump failed, I was awake all night babysitting the water level in my basement! I called without notice and they came before lunchtime and solved my dilemma. They even fixed a problem that I was unaware of that would have put undue strain on the new pump. Excellent, friendly service. They were quick and good when I needed them. Thank you Niantic Plumbing!

Awesome! These guys are so friendly and helpful. My dad went in there looking to buy an entirely new shower system and they convinced him that all We needed was a $7 valve stem. They even let him borrow the tool to switch it out! Imagine you have a good buddy that owns a plumbing store and he's just waiting for you to have a plumbing need so he can help you - that's these guys!
