Great company! Very timely service and they are very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Have had Dave and Charles so far and they are both the best. They came to help us when our well pump broke on thanksgiving and had the water running again just as our guests were arriving! It was perfect timing. Charles came to help us with a leaky pipe and our furnace. I'm going to stick with these guys! I trust them with our home.

First meeting with Jeff was cordial and informative. He answered every question in understandable detail. On the day of the job, Jeff arrived on time and got right to work. He was efficient, neat and did all he said he would. When done, Jeff explained the completed job and details of the billing. Yes, we will recommend Jeff and Ben Franklin Plumbing.

A job well done. Charlie C. came out, I walked him through the situation told him about some of the things I needed addressed. Charlie got right to work, he gave a call to get a few parts. In a short time Charlie and Scott had the old pipes out and the new pipes in. I now have one less headache in my life. Thank you Ben Franklin for excellent service and thank you Charlie for being the man did the job.

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a number of years, whenever we needed a replacement for a toilet, sink, tub or replacement part. Brian, who has been here before, could always fix the problem(s), in his highly skilled and experienced manner. He is also personable, efficient and remembers the history of jobs he has done at your house. Would recommend him anytime!

The management was sensitive to the difficulty I faced. I was very appreciative that they scheduled me a.s.a.p. for what was an emergency plumbing service.The technician Dave was professional, diligent and thorough in his work habit. I am totally satisfied with the repair. I do feel however, that the cost was exorbitant. Additionally, there was little chance that one would not agree to this repair under the circumstances. Keeping this in mind is perhaps how the fee was calculated. I can only speculate. Thank you.
