Excellent customer service from Mary. We were replacing hardware for 3 exterior doors with deadbolt locks and dummy handle. They had great selection in store and reasonable prices. There was miscommunication but was completely my fault as I wanted similar keys for the locks but ended up having 3 different keys. Since they were installed we didn't want to disassemble the locks to take back so I contacted Mary and she was able to arrange someone to come to our house the NEXT DAY and fix our keys so they were the same. Can't get any better than that. Very happy with the quality and superb service provided. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for great quality and trendy door hardware.

It was such a pleasant experience! The place had such an amazing vibe. Bought the handles for my house in Dominican Republic and they were such an amazing addition for it! When one of the handles was not fitting my door, Mary went an extra mile and brought a new handle to my house without even asking questions. I was referred to this group by an interior designer to replace my interior door handles. Mary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She offered to give me further instructions if I ran into any issues with installation.  I purchased the Accent Door Handles in black and they look amazing. Good  quality product at a reasonable price.   Very pleased with the overall experience.
