This Rona is friendly and good at customer service. Its never crowded. Unfortunately, The store simply doesn't have the inventory and variety if some of its competitors...but I found a dryer vent not available anywhere else and it is always good to see what they have.

Short on staff and some of the better brands. But their plumbing, electrical and lumber selection and quality are definitely better than the competition. No longer a Canadian company though.

Ordered an item online for curbside pickup in store shopping is closed. I placed the order at 1am and by 5 am the order was ready for pickup. However it took very long for them to bring the order to the car, even though it was a very small item and wasn't that busy. Maybe they can improve their outside delivery system.

As a contractor they allow us to place the order in the parking lot and will promptly gather it for us as we wait. The phone business was a bit frustrating as they kept sending me to a voicemail however I was able to get my order and move on with my day.
