Reno-Fair Villa

This location is beautiful with a great view and the people of Baie St-Paul are very welcoming. However, it is hard to appreciate this place when you feel like you have to watch your every move and your every move is being watched. We were told that this location would be private. So imagine our fear when we wake up and walk outside to an old idleing van blocking our vehicle, with no one inside. We located this strange person, who arrived unannounced tinkering with the hot tub in the back patio. No knock, no explanation, nothing. We had fun staying in the house, we made our messes but we cleaned up daily. Our group even spent time cleaning before our departure (To leave it how we found it). We swept the floors, washed the dishes, vacuumed carpets and made sure the spa area was cleaned. Yet extra charges and snarky emails regarding our stay have appeared from. A word of caution: be very careful WN walking in the spa area. It is gets very slippery as water doesn't drain from the spa area which creates an ice rink. This is also compounded by the fact that a slick rock material was choosen as the step up back into the house. If you stay here you MUST leave it cleaner than you found it, or your wallet will ache and your inbox will fill. Please note that ALL the pictures I have posted of this location are AFTER we cleaned and we're taken right BEFORE we left.

Facile d’accès depuis la route, places de stationnement pratique et une très belle vue sur le fleuve et Baie-Saint-Paul. Le chalet, très confortable pour une grande famille, permet de passer un séjour très agréable. le Seul point négatif se situe au niveau de l’eau! Un filtre plus performant permettrais de neutraliser l’odeur de soufre.. Prévoir de l’eau en bouteille n’est pas un luxe!

La vue est sublime et le chalet bien conçu mais il est mal équipé ... et surtout l’eau pu le soufre ... c’est execrable ! Ça lève le cœur de se brosser les dents et quand on ouvre le robinet, ça pue longtemps ! Il existe des filtres pour ça mais les propriétaires , qui sont au courant du probleme , ne veulent pas y remédier ! Il n’y a pas assez de verres, pas assez de serviettes, les poeles sont finies , et il manquait une spatule pour tourner les œufs/les crêpes ... quand on paie 2000$ pour moins de 48 heures on S’attends a Ce que ce soit mieux équipé ! Dommage ce que ce soit si mal géré ... on parle ici d’un investissement de quelques dollars pour régler ça ! On serait retourné sans tout ces petits problèmes!

Très grand, personnel à l'écoute, propreté irréprochable décor aux goûts du jour. À refaire...
