Clean, very dry and weather-proofed units, promptly-returned phone calls, and good value. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that one must fight with the doors to get them open. When I was young and driving cars with carburators, sometimes there was a "trick" to getting them to start. Similarly, there is a "trick" to getting the storage locker doors at Reliable Mini Warehouses to open; one must step on the right hand handle on the bottom, while using muscle to pull the slide part of the lock to the left. In the year 2017, there should be no need to have to resort to a "trick" to get a storage locker door open.
