Double lock my storage unit because they didn't give me any information to pay it and when I called them and told them that a couple days ago they didn't inform me that there was a double lock on it ask for the law way to avoid and violate your lease

This place is totally ridiculous!! the owner (sharon) NEVER returns phone calls unless you repeatedly call her and leave her voicemails because she don't answer her phone!!! The one employee she has working for her has no idea how to answer simple questions about payments and why the owner would send out letter stating unit will go to auction unless pass due bill is at 0 and pay in full the next month even before it's due and on top of that charge for auction fees before giving someone a chance to pay first!! The owner is by far a person that does whatever whenever she wants no matter what the laws are. EVEN HER OWN EMPLOYEES TOLD ME THEY DON'T KNOW WHY SHE DOES WHAT SHE DOES, BUT IT CHANGES EVERY OTHER MONTH!! Do not rent a unit through blue goose storage, anytime storage, or abbie storage!! Just remember THE OWNER WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA FEES WITHOUT GIVING YOU NOTICE!! oh and not to mention, these units seem to have a lot of "BREAK INS" to there storage units are town!!

Beware of this company!! They refused to give me a billing address, and the address I tried from online just resulted in returned mail. When I tried multiple times to contact them, they refused to return my calls. All I was trying to do was get the paperwork to sign the contract and obtain an address. After a couple of months I tried to go get my things out because I could never get ahold of the person. They had changed my locks. I called them and left a message threatening legal action. Sharon the owner finally then contacted me told me I owed her over double the amount agreed upon because of late fees. Obviously, I was very confused. I have since contacted and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. I just want to warn others of the scam this company is pulling. I lost a family heirloom. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
