Regency Inn & Suites, Faribault

Bedbugs! I discovered two bedbugs filled with my daughter and my blood in the morning, one on each bed. I took pictures and showed them to the lady at the front desk. She said it was probably us who were transporting them while traveling! Not great customer service, to say the least. We don't think of ourselves as particularly dirty people, either way the hotel has bedbugs now! I doubt they will do much to remedy the situation. In addition, this fleabag of a motel smelled like weed and cigarettes, and the entry smelled like bathroom cleaner. I generally like to support small businesses, but this place makes me think twice. Would give zero stars, but that wasn't an option.

Rooms are cheap, service is quick. If you're tight on money it's a great place to go for a night away

The lobby smelt like smoke, but the rooms were nice and big. And shower had awesome water pressure. The pool was tiny.

Economy hotel. Website claims cribs are available, but we received only a (dirty) pack and play for our toddler. Rooms are decently clean, DirecTV available.

The room smelt like dead fish, desk clerk was rude, pool was cold, window screen fell out without any help and window didn't lock well. Would rather of slept on the bike , needless to say ... will not stay there ever again.
