Complaint is with water park. Friend held daughters bday party there, they did not tell her that half the pool would be closed, kids not allowed on hot tub, couldn’t bring pizza in, tried to get food inside park and waited 15 minutes just for someone to come give us service. We did receive free passes for another time which was nice but still would have been nice of them to warn the mother of the closed section of pool being it was the side of the pool most of the kids wanted to be on

Not one to normally leave reviews. Booked hotel because of amenities; hot tub, arcade, water park, etc. and our kids were looking forward to making the most of our stay. Turns out they must have a full time person making out of order signs and placing them around the hotel. Hot Tub was out of order, Arcade was out of order, only toilet on main floor was plugged twice, the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items but all of what should have been hot items were cold and the french toast sticks were stale, juice was watered down. Was completely disappointed with our stay. We emailed our frustrations to the front desk when we continued our road trip, but they didn't seem to care enough to get back to us. Room was ok and clean. Only reason for the second star. Wanted to share with others to consider booking elsewhere if you are going through Owatonna.

The service was very pleasant. The good was very goid. The page was well kept, very clean every where I looked.

We're on a 17 day cross country trip with 2 kids and we always stay in IHG hotels. This one was a little bit dated on decor and not the prettiest but was very spacious in the king 2 room suite we got upgraded to because of my husband status with the hotels. It was on the corner near the pool and arcade. A little noisy but quiet at night to sleep. The pool and waterslides were fun and despite the hot tub out of order we enjoyed it. The arcade was fun for our 9 year old. The pool has a large toddler pool as well. The attached bar and grill was delicious as well despite some floor construction going on and the waitress was running all over because they were short staffed but it was still good and she worked her butt off. Would stay here again for sure due to the great service we received. So far 5 out of 6 hotels this week we've been in have been out of order so we weren't too surprised or bummed.

Beds were rock hard. Only feather pillows. Games in the game room were broken. Staff was Awesome! Pool was lots of fun. The bar n grill cooks could use a lil more teaching on how to cook the food for customer requests.
