Regency Cleaners

I've been getting my clothes done at this place for years and been very happy. They are very affordable and they do get your clothes clean. I took in curtains once and some of the stains/dirt on them were not removed. Read other reviews - perhaps it is best to stick to regular items like slacks and shirts (which is what I usually do).

I've had 2 incidents last year lost a wool pottery barn rug took months but i did get it back this time i haven't seen an eileen Fisher sweater since November no one keeps me updated and now there is talk of compensating me with $30 really? $200 sweater advise you stay away

DO NOT give this place your business! I didn't believe the negative reviews until I experienced it myself. I brought in my wife's wedding dress because it had an unknown stain on the side. The guy at this cleaner said he didn't know what the stain is either and couldn't tell if they will be able to remove it so he'll take it to the cleaner lady and see whether or not she'll be able to clean it. I attached the removable shoulder straps to the dress. After several calls inquiring where the dress is, the dress is finally ready for pickup after two weeks. We show up and the same guy said they couldn't clean it because its an expensive dress and they didn't want to ruin it. No payment was made obviously since the dress wasn't cleaned. Once I got home, we realized the straps were not with the dress and called back to ask where they were. The next day we call again and the "manager" starts yelling and cussing at us that we need to pay $75 for the dress or we're not getting the straps back. I tried telling him we already picked up the dress and there was no agreement to make any payment since the dress was still just as dirty when we picked it up, and they didn't want to clean it and risk ruining it. He says no, you guys have to bring the dress back several times in order to get it fully cleaned. Even the guy that handed the dress back admitted that it was still just as dirty. He said the cleaner lady, his boss, demands that we pay for the cleaning. We asked to speak with her, gave her our phone #, came back several times to find out where the straps are, and they still refuse to give us our item back. The way we were treated as customers was absolutely horrifying, and these people are THIEVES.

Let me start by saying "You get what you pay for"! This place is cheap because it does not clean your clothes. I'm from Texas and was looking for a place to have my clothes cleaned at a reasonable price and after googling this place that was listed under a different name but has the same phone number (which was clue one to use someone else) but I decided to give it a try. I dropped my clothes off on Saturday and was told my clothes would be ready after 5pm on the following Wednesday but I could have paid more if I wanted them back on Monday, maybe I should have done that and then they probably would have cleaned them. I picked my clothes up on Wednesday, pulled out some slacks and a shirt for Thursday and after wearing them to work and smelling this weird smell I realized my clothes hadn't been cleaned was just pressed the way I brought the clothes in, not trying to tell my business but trust me when I say they don't clean your clothes. So I call the cleaners to express my concerns and to assure them that I know for a fact my clothes weren't cleaned properly and was told that I should have smelled my clothes, looked at the crouch of my slacks before I left the store because once I leave the store the clothes or mines and he don't know what I did to the clothes once I got them home now mind you the clothes are still on the hanger like he gave them to me and I haven't had a chance to put them all on to be able to dirty them up. It cost me 30$ plus tax to have them cleaned and if this cleaners is that hard up behind 30$ to lose business and get bad reviews then oh well. I will never use them again and I hope more customers read this review and start checking their belongings because this place is nasty!
