One Cleaners

Brian not only provides great service, he truly cares about his customers and their experience. Normally I take stuff in there on Thursday and he has it ready by Saturday (pretty good). Ask him for a tour, he has an awesome setup, energy efficient and friendly. Drive through service is good if you are in a hurry. (My wife likes that method). I've been to every dry cleaning place around here, and this one's the best.

The proprieter of this place just yelled at me, called me names, told me that "it's only clothes" and asked me to leave when I tried to settle a dispute over laundry that was a day late and items that were missing. I had been calm, used no profanity, and had bitten my tongue rather than saying what I wanted to say. I still have not recovered four items and am uncomfortable returning to this cleaners. Please think twice about using this business.

The owner of this place is extremely shady. I sent in a new $60 top worn once for dry cleaning. When my husband went to pick up the dry cleaning he gave him a plastic bag with my top in it and said he couldn't clean it. When my husband came home with the bag I went to take the top out and the beads were falling out and strings were loose everywhere. Two rows of beading were completely missing and another row was coming apart. We figured things happen and we went back to ask what happened. Expecting the owner to say I apologize I ruined your shirt he instead immediately became defensive and said you brought it to me like that. If I'm at fault I will own it and I take amazing care of my clothing. My top was in perfect condition when I brought it in. He argued and insulted us continuously saying it was us and not him. In the back one of his employees looked at me and secretly said I'm sorry. We are very loyal people when we find a good business. He will never get our business again. I have never dealt with someone so shady and dishonest calling himself a Christian man when he is really a con artist. Save yourself the frustration and find another dry cleaner.
