extremely expensive to get alterations here, and they can't even do it RIGHT for that matter. I needed to replace the straps on two of my bras, so I went out and bought new straps myself at Joann's, and just need TWO STITCHES per strap to be sewn. It took them three days to do this, and totaled $16.00 (more than the cost of one bra!) When I picked up my garments, both straps of one of the bras were twisted, and they won't do refunds. So, now I'm waiting another three days for them to fix it. I don't know where they get off thinking that two stitches and five seconds of labor are worth four dollars. I wish that I just hand stitched them at home. This is all the incentive I need to buy my own machine and learn how to do my own alterations. Another thing learned-Always get a price quote before you EVER leave garments with a tailor, because they will rip you off if they can.
