Horrible horrible customer service. Jessica was running 25 minutes late and I was told if I wait she will credit my service. I waited another 15 minutes only to get given attitude by Jessica. I use to see Jenna and never had a problem with Jenna she was absolutely amazing and now they have Jessica taken over her clients but she’s extremely rude and isn’t very knowledgeable. After I was told I’d receive a free service I got my laser done only for Jessica to get a call from heather the manager telling her I have to pay for my service. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with heather. She should practice better customer service rather than flapping those duck lips every chance she get. This was twice I’ve felt lied and cheated by heather offering me a free service because her techs are behind only to be told after I’ve received the service that I have to pay. Go else where and save yourself the trouble.

I have been here for 6 successful laser treatments, however when I came today I learned that Jenna, who usually did my treatments is no longer with the company. Jenna had lots of knowledge, much more then the girl who did my treatment today and managed to give me a burn. The girls are nice but the treatment knowledge is not there with every girl.

Was just in today for a little pampering! Thanks again Wendy! Started off  with laser hair removal and finished with the facial peel. My skin feels amazing! Staff is alway so friendly.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received! Heather the owner only cares about the money and not the customers! She’ll make you pay even if it’s their own fault and no refund. Worst experience going here. Not even worth that one star.

Laser Rejuvenation Treatment = AMAZING. It was not what I expected, it was even better. Wendy did a great job explaining what would happen in the following days.  After a week, my skin look so much younger!  Red blotchy skin and sun damaged areas no longer there. This treatment is well worth the investment:)
