I was hoping for a good experience with Rachelle because of reviews but unfortunately it was pretty bad. Got my roots dyed black after telling her I didn't want them too dark and then sent home without styling because she "didn't have time" to do it. Got a discount but still so unprofessional and I won't go there again. Bunch of amateurs.Service: Hair coloring

First time getting my hair done here. Staff was extremely friendly. Rachelle was an all star. Totally professional, totally skilled and gave an amazing recommendation for a hair style and product. Thank you for making me feel great again and giving me the confidence I needed with this new look.

Recently got my blonde hair freshened up here by one of their new stylists named Rachelle and couldn't be happier with the results. It's always a gamble trying out a new stylist but Rachelle will have my business forever. She offered excellent advice, was able to achieve exactly what I wanted and my hair has never looked better!

CARLY IS THE BOMB! She has been doing my hair for years and I swear to god she’s the best! Firstly, she makes you feel so welcomed to the salon and she listens to what you want and always looks out for the best interest for your hair ! She lets you know all the products to use to keep your hair healthy and shinny ! She offers me beverages and gives me the best conversations ! She is such a sweetheart ! Every single time I get my hair done it feels like Christmas as I am soooo happy with the results’ this girl is a pro ! She is so understanding and respectful ! Zennkai is a very lucky salon and I will always stick with Carly !

Literally for the first time in my entire life, I've found a stylist that actually knows what to do with my curly hair. Carly is a god-send! I'm so happy to have found her. Usually stylists just say they know how to cut curly hair and then I go home and sulk for a few days after trying to cope with my bad cut, but not with Carly. She is incredible and SO GOOD at what she does! I even took my 1-year old to her for her very first haircut and Carly was incredibly patient with her. 5 Stars!

This is the second time I have gone to Carly to transform my hair from a dark brown box dye that I did myself to blonde! She continues to do an amazing job and I will continue going back to her for colour and haircuts. My hair has never felt so healthy!

Melissa was fantastic!! I can’t even explain the extent of the damage I had done to my hair from black box dye over the years and then trying to go blonde. It was absolutely horrible. However, Melissa and her magic hands managed to create a natural soft colour that suits my skin and a cut to match. I am so pleased. I have never hugged my hair stylist before, Melissa is my new one & only!!

Just went in for a hair cut and I am very disappointed. I showed her a picture and asked the lady to do a v shape cut with short layers..but instead she did a straight cut with long layers.. the when she was done I wasn't happy with it so showed her the picture again and explained what I wanted. So she tried to fix it but still looked pretty much the same but with a hint of a v shape but nothing anywhere near what I asked for and I even had a picture! I just wished she said I cant do this and got someone else to do it...
