I like the ability to check in online: it shows you the estimated wait time so you can plan your cut more easily. The staff are all friendly and qualified and I've never been disappointed with a cut.

Are you serious? You made an employee wear a mascot when it's 23oC outside? Must be like almost 30 in there. Like cute costume but c'mon! This just made me want to boycott Great Clips instead of go there. Pick a colder day for mascots jesus, guess we never heard of overheating.
