Friendly, kind, and courteous staff, however the haircut I received is THE WORST I’ve ever had, and I will have to have nearly 10” cut off by someone else as soon as possible to fix it.

I have been trying to grow my hair out to donate, so I asked for a 1” trim with layers to complement my waves, and to NOT have my hair thinned out whatsoever. However, when layering my hair, my hairdresser thinned things out a LOT at the back where I couldn’t see what she was doing, and then cut out a good chunk of my hair at the front (giving me side bangs) before I was able to stop her. She then styled my hair to have “beachy waves” as I asked, but only succeeded in making me look like Stevie Nicks.

Because things are so thin near the bottom, and I have these absolutely horrendous side bangs, I will now have to cut off nearly two years worth of hair growth, just to make things bearable. With the current state of my hair (I.e. the extreme thinning, layer and bangs), I don't think I’d be able to donate it, even if I wanted to. I am devasted that my long hair has been absolutely ruined, and that I wasn’t asked if I was ok with these side bangs or this thinning before it was done. It will take years for my hair to return to the thickness and length it was.

My wife, me and our 18 month old son get our hair cut here by the same stylist, Diana who is absolutely wonderful! She is always engaging and fun to be around.
