The 'B' area of the campground where we stayed was very small, which was not mentioned on their website. There was barely enough room to back up a small car and the gravel area to setup the tent had a bunch of rocks and quite a few nails left there. The neighbors were too close for privacy and their conversation throughout the night did not allow us to sleep properly. Washroom facilities were decent.

My husband and i have enjoyed camping at Redstreak for many years, usually our first camping of the season as Radium is usually warmer than Calgary. This year the campground was clean, the washrooms were clean, the water was hot. Lots of firewood, polite and helpful staff ready for the long weekend crowd. We are not racists, we love seeing friends and families get together and have fun. However the first 3 days of our 4 day weekend were ruined by having sites filled with friends and families together for most of the day...all on the site across from us. I'm not talking 5-10 people, I'm talking 20-40 people, "talking" very loudly, disturbing the whole street around them. They were cooking for 20-40 people, 2 electric rice cookers even took over the women's washroom using the electrical outlets. We commend the Warden and Redstreak staff and the way they handled the one group, because of many infractions like leaving their food out all over the site when they were elsewhere, drinking during a "no alcohol ban", (not just a beer or 2 either), and the noise was so loud just from yelling at each other it became so bad we tried to go somewhere else in the area as much as we could. If we could suggest to these campers to remember they are not the only ones in the campground...to respect those around them and keep their voices down. Obey the rules so we all are kept safe and don't have wildlife joining our sites for food. If you need electricity to cook, pay for the sites that have electricity. If everyone else is paying for wood, you must pay also. We will return again to Redstreak, we do not expect everyone to be quiet, we want people to enjoy their time also, but please think of others and be respectful of your neighbours. Rules are rules for a reason, the rules are told to you at the gate and when reserving. Please do what is asked and everyone can enjoy their weekends too. Happy Camping! 3 starts for overall experience this time, 5 stars for the campground!

Very nice place. The oTENTik was clean and spacious enough for a family of 5. The washrooms were also cleaned and kept clean through the day. It was a wonderful experience and definitely will go back.

Even with fire fires all around, the staff here accommodated our large group of 18. The sites were excellent, the services available were clean, and our group of teens loved experiencing the amazing Canadian Rockies.
