The room is very nice and worth the price. The front desk staff was friendly and competent. I highly recommend it. The rooms were quiet, clean, and even smelled good. Close to all in town amenities, and within walking distance to many stores. Any concerns we brought up to the front desk were taken seriously and fixed right away. No place is ever perfect, but this was appreciated.
I can not say enough about the fact that we had a lovely room and it's in the heart of downtown Invermere. However, during an 8-hour power outage during a huge storm, not once did someone come to the room to check in to offer candles, to see if we were okay, or anything. The room service during that evening was the worst I've ever encountered. The hotel didn't even offer a discount, considering we were sitting in darkness with no heat or air conditioning, and we were unable to go for food because of the horrific windstorm outside. If I were management, I certainly would have done more to try to accommodate my guests and make them feel okay in a 'not okay' situation! Very very disappointed!!
Only staying one night but room is clean and beds/linens are comfortable. Great location in Invermere. Walking distance to shops and cafés. Parked right out front and we were able to check in a bit early. Would definitely stay again.
This was a wonderful experience. I was so thankful to find a hotel that was dog-friendly. The staff at the front desk were UBER welcoming, friendly, and accomodating. It was a breeze to check in and a breeze to check out. The location is wonderful. There is complimentary wi-fi and parking is plentiful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the A/C unit worked great. I didn't need to use the microwave, but I was thankful for all the appliances in the room. I didn't go this time, but there was a great bakery across the street that I would check out next time. Slept amazing here. Went for a number of dog walks around the hotel in different directions and every direction had nice neighbourhoods to explore. Thank you for the hospitality and lovely amenities.
Second time staying here, this time for most of a week. Great location, service was excellent and the reservation staff was very helpful in our changing plans with the Jasper wildfires evacuations. No issues in parking our sports cars, and the beds/pillows were very comfy.
