This was my first experience with this salon and it was a positive one.  Walking in the front door, the salon is spacious, well presented and clean. Regan was a good listener when I expressed what I wanted with my hair.  I appreciated how I was informed of the cost of my services up front and again a breakdown of the services received when payment was required. I recently moved to the west side of the city and was excited to see a Red Bloom location so close to my new home. I was not disappointed after my first visit to this location. Lucy is very new but she is thoughtful, considerate and works hard to make sure you get the cut / colour you're after. I love my bangs, they're perfect and the colour she used is gorgeous. I've booked my next appointment already and couldn't be happier.

This was my first visit and it was a consultation, but my stylist Cassie was so kind and lovely, she listened to my hair journey and my goals and set me up with the perfect combination of products for my hair. After my first wash and style, I had a softness and body to my wanted that I haven't had in ages! I cannot wait for my colour session in two weeks. The receptionist was also equally friendly and kind. I'm happy to make the trek here to make this my new salon home.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Tara; it was the best time I’ve had. Her services were amazing, she is so great to talk to; I definitely got my therapy fix ; she was very communicative when doing my hair; she let me know everything that was going on.  Absolutely in love with my birthday hair makeover. Would definitely recommend this place to get your services done and recommend Tara as she was an absolute blast.Service:&nbsp;Balayage

I am always extremely pleased with Shara's services. I always take a picture of my hair and feel so happy with the color, cut, etc.   It's always a pleasure to visit the salon as well. I've been getting my hair cut and coloured by Reagan for years and she always does a fantastic job. She's helped me go from red to blonde, then rose gold, and finally now to brunette, and even helped me fix an at-home colouring experiment gone awry. Whitney is an amazing stylist. She has been doing my hair color, cut and treatment for almost 2 years now. She is very professional. She listens to my questions patiently and provides suggestion and guides me through all the steps. I was able to book a haircut at the West 85th location on short notice the day before! It was my first visit to the RedBloom salon and I was booked in with Tara, she was so kind, funny, and extremely knowledgable!!! Coming in with a general idea of what I wanted, Tara helped navigate what style of cut would suit my hair type/face shape. She asked me a ton of questions along the way to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted. I put my full trust into her by answering that she should do what she thought would look best, and I was absolutely in love with the end result! Our 1hr appointment felt like 10 minutes as we were chatting away the whole time, I can't wait to book in with her for my next chop!
