West coast brewery tour continues back to the home base in Alberta. Todays stop was MUCH needed after a 6 hour drive for some food and refreshment. What a great little oasis n the middle of our travels. We will definitely be back again as our travels head back to the west coast again in a few months. See ya soon Alchemy Brewing

Good food, took our kids and they enjoyed the burnt ends, brisket poutine, chicken fingers and my wife and I shared their brisket burger. We splurged and had their deep fried Reese cups which were super rich as expected. It was a tight table for us and unfortunately I knocked over one of my flight samples and didn't get to try it. I wasn't asked what I thought of the beer and wasn't offered a replacement, as i would have purchased another. Honestly I wasn't even asked if I wanted another drink I did.  However, we got our food very quickly and it felt as though they wanted us in and out. We spent a lot of money to enjoy a night with our kids eating good food and the experience kind of disintegrated. Probably won't go back as there are lots of other option in Kamloops.

The brewery has an eclectic selection of beers, ciders and sours with unique names. All of which are quite good and cater to various palates. The highlights of my visit were the Ginger Apple cider and Belgian Witbier. The pizza also looks and smells great! Will definitely be back to try their ever evolving brewery menu. Highly recommend.  If you’re not sure what will suit your tastes, try the beer flight and pick your favourites!

came here for a flight of beer, all of which were amazing. personal favourite being the strawberries and cream, cream ale! Server brought over a jalapeño popper poutine for us to try out before it went on the menu and it was so tasty. The staff were super friendly and the food and beers were so good.

Ordered food as take out and was not happy with the service. please read other reviews know that the negative ones have grounds and that the staff is extremely unprofessional. the owners are childish and replie to negative reviews in inappropriatemanners unless its a guide or reveiwer. Their entire kitchen staff walked out and after talking to some people involved with them in the past I'd recommend avoiding them if in search of a job as well. Meh food even worse people's its been more than her I've talked too but thanks for proving my point staff isn't hard to find if your employment is worthwhile its not an owners market its an employee market right now maybe that's why you're having trouble

Co-owner of bar thought it was totally okay to publicly humiliate me in front of everyone in the bar for opening a beer that I bought from their fridge. When I purchased the beer they didn't inform me that I can't drink those in the bar, but when I opened it she proceeded to berate me in front of everyone in the establishment for at least a minute.  I shouldn't have to experience a trauma response when I go out to spend time with my friends in a public place.

Great environment I like the inside and the patio. Service was top notch and friendly. Beers were very good in really the Vienna and and stout. I was not a fan of a couple of their beers but that's my taste and cant fault this brewery. Would recommend and cant wait to go again next time I'm in kamloops

First time visiting and a most definitely will not be my last. We went on a Saturday afternoon the atmosphere was very calm and intimate which I adored. The cheese curds and the big veg were delicious. The service was spot on and the atmosphere/ artwork alone was beautiful. 10/10 I will recommend.

I love Alchemy! The servers are gorgeous especially the three sisters, the beer is gorgeous, the art is gorgeous and I could eat their gorgeous pizza all day.

Best place to eat and drink at Downtown! Is extremely comfy, excellent attention hostesses are always kind, delicious food and amazing beer!  This place is one of the things I'm gonna miss the most about Kamloops
