Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I came here with my family for my husband's birthday. We have been a member of the loyalty program for many years but never made it in because we don't live in the area. We were very surprised and impressed by the menu here. We appreciated the service. The food and menu had delicious options. There is ample parking. They cater to children. What a great experience! We will be back again! Thank you.

I really like Red Robin burgers — they are super tasty and the portions are huge! I noticed they had a QR code on the table asking for feedback, so I gave it a shot, and to my surprise, they replied in less than an hour. Really impressed with how much they seem to care about their customers. The staff were also very polite and friendly.nnThat said, a few things kept it from being a 5-star experience for me.nnI was a bit surprised to see water served in a plastic container — a glass would’ve felt a lot nicer.nAlso, it was Good Friday and pretty busy, but it seemed like they were a bit short-staffed, so we ended up waiting quite a while for our food.nOne more thing — the washroom could definitely use more attention. It wasn’t clean, and there were toilet papers all over the floor.nnDespite all that, I’ll definitely come back again. The food and service were worth it!

The food is good and worth the price. The garlic fries are very flavorful. The burger is decently good. However the service is subpar. I waited for a long time before someone took my order. No paper napkins were provided until I was halfway finished with my food.

Arrived here Monday at 6pm with our kids with another family. They apparently ran out of onion rings. Their salmon was overcooked and came out dry. Burgers still the same. They served our families separately so our friends just awkwardly waited 10 mins until our food came. Then they said they're running out of fries and yam fries so bottomless fries was not available for the meals. Ran out of fries 6:30pm in the evening? It wasn't busy at all but they had one waiter for the entire restaurant. I ordered extra salad for my bottomless salad and it took 40 mins to arrive. It took longer to get my bottomless side than my entree. I maybe come to Red Robins once a year but now J definitely will never come back. No wonder their restaurants keep closing down. Decent food. But prices are the same as much better restaurants. Terribly slow service. Bottomless fries seem to be what people come here for but it wasn't even available for us. I'm never coming back here. I recommend you don't either. It's not the same. It's just getting much worse

Went here for a friend “birthday”, we gathered for it but we did not got the cheering lol. He mentioned that as a Birthday person they give you free burger but has changed. Don’t know since when, tho You have to come once to “unblock” you birthday discounts and you have 31 days after to claim your free burger. We ordered lemonade, milk my little son and a reg coke for my self. Mc and cheese for my son bottomless whit a side which you can switch every time and ice cream, only vanilla, what changes is the drizzle caramel, chico and strawberry. My wife ordered a Keep it simple burger with yam fries and me the Scorpion which is not spicy at all with onion rings not bottomless. Then ordered an extra onion rings. Service was super friendly but not quick, as was more than half busy. The flavour at least from mine was fresh, warm and salty as I like it, but was not spicy non, onion rings were brown not golden with the burger but the second order were beautiful, and the mayo that comes with the burgers maybe chipotle was super good and tasty. Every time I could, I am here for a big bite!
