We went on a Saturday around 4pm. It took a little to be seated because no one was at the podium. We ultimately had to go up to a server to ask to be seated. Our server, Olivia, was the saving grace of the entire trip. They had to fix mine and my mom's salad three times each. Then because of having to fix the salads so many times they ended up coming after our main meal, the Cajun pasta, was brought. Then my mom's pasta compared to mine was completely different in amounts. Then when we got our bill, we were over charged. Again, or server was amazing through all of it. Honestly, normally when we go to this Chili's it is really good. When we talked to the manager he said they had just hired almost all new cooks and they were a little short staffed. We will be going back. We understand that things happen. We just hope it doesn't happen to this extreme again.
Santa Fe grilled chicken salad and Mango iced tea. Salad was good, but too much dressing. Had a hint of spice, but not too spicy. Tea was on the sweet side, but good flavor. Maybe a little more ice to chill it. Overall great, fast service and multiple tvs in bar to watch.Food: 4/5
Been here multiple times. Food is always good! We love chili's and have been to various locations. Great staffFood: 5/5
After sending the uncooked chicken back it came out tasting like it was sitting in a grease trap. 3 rd bad meal in a row there. Under staffed over priced and the place is dirty. Those girls that work there deserve better. Won’t be back for a long time if ever.
Food was overdone and dried out. The sliders look like hockey pucks, the cheese bites were so over cooked that most of them were hollow and the chicken was rubbery. Everything tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Won't go back again.
We ordered dinner here tonight and received the spinach queso dip cold. The entire bottom half of the container was raw spinach and the shredded cheese in there was raw, meaning the dip was never hot. This is gross guys. If your cooks don't want to make food properly, please dont serve it to our family and charge us. When gas is almost $5 a gallon and we're driving over to pick of $40 dollars worth of food, and tipping your staff, please take more pride in your job. We also picked the "pay in store" option and received a text shortly after, telling us we had to pay prior to picking up the food. So we payed through the link they sent and when we got to the store they tried to charge us again. We explained that we already paid and the woman looked visible irritated saying something along the lines of "I guess it went through". Please don't become one of those restaurants that starts serving subpar food because it's take out and you know we won't notice until we get home.
I went there for Veteran's Day supper and had an "old timer burger /with cheese and fries". It was backed up with other veterans waiting to get in to dine, after leaving my name and proof of military service I was told it would be a 15 minute wait which I proceeded to wait in the truck. I waited the 15 minutes and was escorted to a table by a personable waitress. The wait was timely but they were busy, all in all the food was good and left with a full belly with a "thank you for your service" comment.
Server was great and pretty much the only reason I’m not rating this lower. Food was very mediocre. Slider buns were crunchy and dried out. Mashed potatoes tasted bland and sort of like dirt. Boneless wings were dry and lacking sauce, however, fried mozzarella was fantastic!
Used to be one of my favorites. Since Covid they have been unable to provide consistent service and quality on the food. Most of the time when you go to the restaurant only half of the seating area is open. Due to lack of staff. We have made attempts to order to go and eat at home and have been unimpressed by the quality of food and accuracy of orders.
I ordered the Big Mouth Bites with no special requests. What I received were overcooked burgers missing the bacon, onions and ranch! Major disappointment!! I told the waitress and she offered to bring me the missing items. I had her bring the ranch and explained there was no point in the other items because the buns were melded to the burgers and trying to put anything on them would be disastrous. The overall service was good but they sat us 4 adults and 2 teens at a table that was far too small for a party of 6 to dine comfortably. Atmosphere was typical for a chain restaurant.
