Red Lobster

I honestly have not been back here since I was a kid two decades ago. We came for a friend's birthday in a small group and were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The atmosphere was cozy, food was on point, and service was phenomenal. I had the All you can eat Monday shrimp special which came with the juiciest and freshest tasting shrimp. I wasn't expecting that level of quality for an AYCE special, but it was exceptional. The green bean sides were simple, but also tasty. Everyone else enjoyed their surf and turf dishes, and dessert. The large slice of chocolate cake we had melted in our mouths. What a way to finish a delicious meal. Joy, our waitress, was prompt and professional and just brought an amazing vibe to our visit. She consistently asked if we needed anything or wanted to order more shrimp. The restaurant was very clean despite all the birthdays hosted that day. Despite the age of the building, it seemed well maintained and renovated without losing the comfortable vibe of a small town dining experience. I am looking forward to coming back here and can't wait to do so! Thanks to everyone who works at this fine restaurant for keeping the nostalgia alive!

No shortage of food or drink and the food was incredible. Red Lobster is a uniquely underrated restaurant in the area and having now been there a few times, has yet to disappoint. I enjoy the seaside shrimp trio, others in my party enjoyed the salmon bowl as well as the coconut shrimp. Cheddar Bay Biscuits are must haves and I would suggest going here for a birthday for the ice cream!

There was so much food, amazing tasting and I love the cream coconut sauce for the battered shrimp. So good. The manager and our server were amazing and accommodating with our needs. Always a great Meal when I do get to go.

The location of this restaurant is beside the highway convenient but not that happening. As any other red lobster’s the menu is delicious. Love the biscuits and juicy lobsters. The waiter seemed very experienced and gracious. Management is taking care of this franchise location pretty well. Kudos.

My mother loves this place! I on the other hand thought it was okay the food for me was so so. The food was good but I am all about presentation and the way it was presented to me it didn't look appetizing. I know my mother will be back for sure since she loves it!

Came in here on a quiet weeknight to celebrate my birthday. The servers were extremely friendly even offering to add to my celebration with dessert and birthday singing, which I refused but I do realize it is something others would have loved to experience. The food is great and pretty quick service too. Would definitely go back for more.

First experience at Red Lobster: They have good customer service, but every time we need our waitress she was nowhere to be found. Assuming she was busy with her other tables because it was a Saturday night. The flavour of our meals were lacking a bit. My meal lobster lover's dream was very bland, and my pasta didn't have a lot of sauce definitely not as creamy as the picture on their menu/online. Don't know if that's normal here. I also didn't receive my side of green beans, which was a bit unfortunate. The only thing I enjoyed were the biscuits and lobster artichoke and seafood dip. For the starter dip, they give you a small amount of dip and pico de gallo - with a ton of chips on the side. Just feel like this could be portioned out better. Overall experience, not great but also not horrible - just thought it'd be better since it is an expensive dinner.

Solid service and delicious food that lived up to the expectations. Would return again, even if it was just for the unlimited complimentary biscuits and a cocktail!

Another Jan 2023 visit. Red lobster what a dissappointment your seafood stuffed mushrooms!!! You are not supposed to stuff them with rice and if you do, don't call them seafood and charge less. Also ordered 2 ultimate feasts and they were good. They had ran out of the mac and cheese too. It was 5.45pm!! Biscuits took also forever. Our server Keith was amazing though!!! Jan 2023. Good service and food. Jumbo Island coconut shrimps and side of bacon mac and cheese! Update...we went in right before this new Jan 2022 lockdown and had an amazing dinner. We shared appetizers: tuffed mushrooms and lobster bisque and main was the 3 types of shrims: alfredo pasta, coconut and waltz. So much food we could not finish it and really good. A beer and a white sangria to go with the food. Service was good as well. We ordered take out and it was the shrimp feast! And we ordered another plate of shrimps but they did not add it to the order. We called the restaurant after we finished eating and said we were not complaining but wanted to advise they missed one order of shrimps. I believe it was the manager who came to the phone and apologized. We reiterated we were not looking for anything but wanted to let them know as we order quite often and had never happened before. The manager apologized and sure enough sent us a card in the mail. That was surprising for sure and proof of excellent service. We will order soon again! Thank you for not dissappointing. Dinner at Reb Lobster in Kitchener ok. Was a little nervous at the beginning because it seemed to be a big deal to get a table. It took the host speaking to two different managers and the restaurant was not even half full. Once seated we were greeted with water and I like that. The famous buns were hard and stale and no salad offered with main courses. Disappointing. Food was good. Nothing extra, nothing really special. It was just OK. Our server was very good however.
