Nice patio space. Good for a special occasion. Good service. Great variety in the drink menu. They have a dessert platter that allows you to try a variety of their desserts. I didn't manage to take a picture before everyone dug in. Most of the desserts were very nice, though the brownie and biscotti were just okay. The space is not overly crowded, though it can be a bit loud when full.
Absolutely loved my brunch dining experience @ Martinis today. I am vegan and they have an extensive vegan menu! Highly recommended! My waitress was incredible.... I want to thank her personally for making my experience great and for your wonderful suggestions... You were right so yummy! Thank You Martini's for my lunch ... Our server was super nice! Food was delicious. I especially liked the steak and blue salad. The Bellini was nice on a hot day. Enjoyed the mousse. Definitely the best patio in KW.
Easy to get reservation on a weekday night, not too busy. Excellent service by our server Rebecca, she took care of us well. The drinks were great, some of food items were good. Pizza was disappointing as they dont use fresh moz on it, pie crust was great though. Nachos were extremely heavy, definitely a plate is good for 4-5 people. We ordered plenty, tasted some and had to carry the leftovers out. Overall a good evening dinner thanks to weekday rush. Will return for the drinks, but will try different items on the menu to eat next time.
The place is really cute! But unfortunately there's nothing special about their food. It's too overpriced and the portions are tiny.
Outstanding dining experience at Martini’s. We sat on the beautiful heated patio which was a treat on this fall day. Ordered the stuffed mushrooms for appetizer, which was flavourful and nicely done with cream cheese. The carrot ginger Thai soup was lovely and blackened fish tacos were done with care. Attention to customer service and would come back again. Thanks!!
Went to Martinis for dinner. Reservations were easy to make and once arrived brought to table requested. Martinis concept used to be based on numerous martinis to choose from but not so much anymore. We were accommodated with a menu to choose from and martini made perfectly. We ordered escargot and petite wellingtons. The escargot was dry with no juices served with very crisp crostini’s, the petite beef wellingtons tasted great. I ordered another martini the blueberry creamsicle and possibly the worst martini I’ve ever drank. Being 2 for 4 before we ordered dinners each, we choose to share blackened fish tacos served with a side of fry’s and gravy. I would never order the tacos here again as the black bean salsa overpowered the dish. You would have never known the fish was blackened because it was not crisp but rather soggy. The fry’s were the best fry’s I’ve ever ate however the gravy was au jus which was a disappointment. At this point we opted out to stay for dinner paid our hundred dollar bill and choose another restaurant. On the way out I visited the restroom to find the floors were dirty and they were out of paper towel and Kleenex box was empty.
Delicious food at least my order. Loveliest staff. Good price. When you prepare a takeout order, fork and a spoon shouldn't even be asked for. Let alone when I specifically asked for one, was told OK and still hasn't gotten one. That's just mean.Food: 5/5

Meant to make this review awhile back but got busy. A small group of us decided to grab dinner Friday November 4th after my husband and I's wedding ceremony in uptown Waterloo. We were in the area taking pictures when my husband said he was hungry and my sister recommended that we go here. The food was yummy and the servers we really nice! We even got a yummy brownie saying congratulations on it Really regret not going here with our other friends as we had a bad experience at the other place we went this place was ironically on my list of possible places but a few people wanted to try the other place as it was an Indian restaurant. Either way I highly recommend! The big bonus for me is that they have a plant based menu, which is great. We are definitely planning on returning.
