I enjoy the mildly lit dining area with large booths, there are games available to be played on the table device which is also where you pay for the meal once you are full enough to leave. The service at this restaurant has always been impeccable, we usually dine here on special occasions and to say the wait staff are consistent is an understatement, they are always on their 'A' game! They make sure your drinks are topped up, and ask how the food is at least twice. This place is managed properly and it shows which is why it is our go to for special occasions. Today we ordered the Seaside Trio and Iced Teas, all were delicious, and we cannot forget the famous biscuits which were scrumptious! There is a reason Red Lobster has continued to stay alive in Saskatoon, the food, service and atmosphere are just wonderful! Highly recommend.
They've got good servers and a variety of food on their menu. All the items we checked out were great. A little too much salt on the shrimps but all together, not bad at all. The ambience is great as well. We had a great time and would be visiting again. Kid-friendliness: It is not too kid-friendly as kids don't have a space to play
PLEASE READ. Updated within two hours of my original review. I got a message from Red Lobster apologizing and offering compensation. I wasn't after that, but it could make for a great family meal soon. Suffice to say, they care about their Customers. They were professional and more than accommodating. I changed my review to 4 stars. The meal wasn't right, but they made good for it. Bravo Red Lobster Management staff. I was quite disappointed in my meal tonight. My lobster tail was burnt. The food was cold. The appetizer was decent, and they got the bake potato right, but everything was cold. For $63.00, I expected much better. If it was in the restaurant, I would have been sending it back for sure. But this was by uber eats, so I have to trust them to make things good and served hot. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, and my $63.00 could be spent better elsewhere. This is not what a good cooked lobster tail looks like, and that is supposed to be the star of the plate. Not a potato.
Food was okay, I didn't have a very wow experience with the food. Nothing stand out. Their biscuit was I think the best out of everything we have. Service was okay. In regards to atmosphere the restaurant is like very old vibe.Food: 4/5
Visited over the weekend. Pretty booked restaurant. We had an amazing service with Shaf. Meals were promptly served, and dessert was really good too. I definitely recommend the brussel sprouts, and baked salmon and lobster. I didn't try the drinks, but a friend had the chapman-kind of drink. He said it was so good. The desert was a lot. We all got to share.
We arrived promptly at 11:30 and needed to park at the back. A very quiet setting. The servers were friendly and the food arrived quickly. Perhaps it was my palate, the French fries and rice pilaf were very much to my liking otherwise everything else was very salty. The small lobster had a 'fishy' taste and smell to eat not quite fresh. The chocolate cake was delicious. We ordered the dinner for 2 at a mere $45 it was the perfect size for my mother and I.
We enjoyed a lovely mid-week family dinner sneak & all 4 of us enjoyed our meals. Waitress was awesome. My wife & I enjoyed a bottle of Jackson Triggs Pino Grigio. Kids had a Topical White Wine Sangria & a pint of Alexander Keith's. Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms to start; Entrees included: Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, Lobster stuffed tilapia, Sesame Soy Salmon Bowl & finally 2lbs of Snow Crab Legs. All very delicious. My wife prefers King Crab but unfortunately not available. We shall return should the opportunity present itself.
They give you free birthday ice cream even if it is not your birthday. Food and service is great. Way to go Shaf!
We ordered some apples before our meal to share. The lobster artichoke dip was quite good, but the stuffed mushrooms were terrible. The mushrooms were a touch on the cool side when the came which should've been a sign. Never have I had a stuffed mushroom with rice in it. Which just did not go well. Our entrées were quite good. The Shrimp and lobster Alfredo was quite good and the coconut shrimp as well. With the endless shrimp the Hand Crafted Garlic shrimp you couldn't taste any garlic with it at all. The lobster baked potato was pretty good to but for the extra $4 or $5 was a little on the pricey side. Our server was amazing checking in on us and making sure our drinks were never empty and conversing with us as well which made the atmosphere super friendly.
The restaurant was busy and is obviously popular. Food came out quickly once we had put in our order. Portions were nicely prepared and presented. I find their famous biscuits a bit too salty, but otherwise the food is good.Food: 4/5
