Red Lion Hotel Richland Hanford House

I attended a business seminar at the Richland Red Lion Hotel on Saturday, October 21st. It was easily visible and located on a main road. There was plenty of available parking and the entrance was covered - very convenient since it rained all day! The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Hot coffee was available in the lobby. Restrooms were clean and well looked after. My experience was quite pleasant.

I love this Red Lion. It sits right next to the Columbia river and its breath-taking! The king bed is very comfortable and our room is cozy. Breakfast is delicious with many hot and cold choices. The pool is great. We come every summer.

Very festive party! The food was delicious! It was a senior prom for senior citizens! The band was not exactly my type of music. But there was a disc jockey that took requests!

They charge so much for the rooms and the facility is run down. The pool was gross, tons of patches at the bottom of the pool. The upper Jacuzzi jets didn't work so you could see bugs and oil bubbles accumulated in top of the water. The lower suction worked really well. Only problem... Bugs float. The complimentary breakfast was not even on our with Holiday Inn. The only saving grace of that place is their staff. They are the nicest people. I was there three nights for a family event and I had to fake and hide my disgust of the place...just to find everyone else felt the same way.

Very old and run down. When you book a family suite it says that it will have two separate rooms, which we needed because we have two babies that can't sleep in the same room. When we checked in the girl at the front desk told us it was one room, we explained it said two rooms online and she said "yeah, we've been meaning to get that fixed". We had to pay more for the two room and still didn't get it. There weren't any available. The head also didn't work in our room. Like I said we have two babies. Totally unacceptable. I'll never stay here again. I'll never recommend it. It was horrible. I couldn't get out fast enough.
