Absolutely terrible. When we made reservations we were promised a roll away bed to accommodate our group needless to say we were told there were no more available. Walls n floors are so thin that every time the party upstairs walked it sounded like an old creeky farm house not to mention hearing their entire conversation throughout the night. We woke up at 4:00a.m. to the same!! I'm very very disappointed and will never return.

The room was great, and hotel is nice. However, the older lady running the restaurant was rude and had no idea how to treat a customer. We were scolded for coming in at 745 for dinner and she was upset we didn't come in sooner. Then they only were serving fried foods. The hotel gives you a 10 percent off coupon but I wasn't allowed to use it. Then upon getting my bill and leaving a tip the woman looked over my shoulder while I was signing and asked why I wasn't very talkative. I'm pretty easy to please, but don't appreciate people who can't do their job properly and are rude to me for no reason.

Good location.  Nice personal. Way better then local motels.  I would stay there again

The Ramada at Richland Center is also known as The White House. It has a presidential theme to the general areas. The rooms are basic but nice. There is a Country Kitchen attached which you get 10% coupons for. It is centrally located, and the service was friendly.
