If you're an adult that no longer wants to sleep in a college dorm then you should definitely not stay here. The floors, walls, and doors provide very little sound proofing so you will be able to hear talking next door and in the hallways as well as footsteps above you. The place hasn't been renovated in a long time -- even the TV hasn't been replaced with a digital model. The sink is outside the bathroom, kind of in the entry area and the shower head is maybe 5'2" inches high. It's affordable though, so they earn a star for that.

It was a cheap hotel stay, so you pretty much get what you pay for. They say they have a continental breakfast, it consisted of coffee, OJ, and whole fruit. If you're on a liquid or fruit only diet then you're in luck. The pool was decent, however, it was locked when we tried to use it. We waited around 20 to 30 minutes for a man to come test the chemicals in the pool before they would even let us into sit at the table and chairs that were next to it. While we were waiting, there was a really cute rat that ran by and under the siding of the hotel. I don't think rats are gross, but it's just not something you want to see around where you sleep. The rooms look nice, but I looked too closely and saw a lot of grime and wear. The shower actually had a nice shower head and good water pressure. But I suggest you take advantage of the hot water early in the morning as it tended to run cold around 9:30ish. We notified the front desk about the no hot water issue and were told they would check the boiler and give us a call. We never got a call and it happened again the next morning, so we figured it was a common occurrence. If you want to go out a different door than the lobby, it will let you out but just not back in. There's a place to put your key card, but no one was able to get it to work. It was nice that there wasn't a busy road right next to the hotel and you can walk to a couple places to get breakfast. It wasn't 100% bad, but there wasn't enough good for me to go back.

Room is clean and doesn't smell mildewy. But the carpets in the hallway desperately need a cleaning. The carpet in the room and caulk in the bathroom look new. There is good water pressure in the shower. But in the sink the cold water doesn't turn on at all and the hot water barely comes out. The curtains in our room didn't close all the way. Tiny but clean pool. Over ripe free fruit at the front desk. No mini fridge and no microwave in the room. Front desk guy was nice and very helpful. The free breakfast is down the hall in a room, it's not marked so you need to go find it. But the juice and coffee is next to the front desk. Overall a nice, fairly inexpensive room.

I cannot believe how awful it smelt walking in the front doors. Musty old smell. Very strong. I thought maybe it would be just in the lobby but it smelled the same way in the room not to mention the extremely stained carpets throughout. I won't ever book a days in again.

It's not the best, but it's not bad at all. Beds are comfy, which is always a plus. It's quiet at night which is another thing I look for. Bathroom is a little small, but other than that, it's everything you need for a goid night's sleep.
