Red Crow Guest House

We rented the standalone cabin here for four days. It was very comfortable and cozy for our family of four. We took advantage of the many amenities including the canoes (with supplied life jackets) and communal hot tub and also made use of the firepit right outside our cabin. It's walkable to a local beach and the town is also very close. We enjoyed it here and would recommend it to families with young children.

Downgraded my review from 5 stars to 3 after my most recent visit. In the past, it has been an absolutely wonderful experience in the Garden Cottage. The cottage itself is well furnished and equipped, clean and cozy. We were enjoying the serenity and privacy of the cottage. Then we visited again recently. There is a different caretaker, Stephan. We didn’t care for him. He was very nosey, often times we would leave the site for part of the day and return to see him snooping around the place. I understand he’s the caretaker but the guests are still entitled to privacy. His snooping around was invasive and very off putting. If it weren’t for the caretaker’s creepy obsession with us, would have been another five star visit. Unfortunately, his strange attention to us was unwelcome and unsettling and for that I cannot give this place five stars this time around.

Beautiful location, comfortable room, lovely hosts. The hidden hot tub grotto pits it over the top in my opinion.

Best holiday ever! Beautiful views, quiet, very clean, yummy breakfasts, comfortable beds, private hot tub, and is walking distance to town. We even saw a bear swimming out front. I will be back!!!!!

Amazing location and view. Our host Stefan was very friendly and the room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was also served for an additional $10 each, which was good but a little on the sweet side. Overall would definitely recommend!
