Beautiful location. Lobby, lounge/restaurant are very nice. Rooms are a little dated. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Food and drink at restaurant were good. Our room wasn't as clean as expected when we checked in (needed a touch-up vacuum, which was done for us) and smelled a little like wet dog (pets are allowed)

Pros: Good location. Fantastic views of the ocean from all rooms. Very clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice artwork of first nation masks in our room. Well priced. We plan to stay here again. 

Negatives: Fan in bathroom didn't work. Fan over tub is really loud needing repairs/replacement. King bed needs to be replaced. Front desk recommended a restaurant for crab. We went there only to find out it was closed for the winter.

The location is amazing, right on the beach and every suite has an ocean view. The rooms are modern except for the bathtub but I hear they're updating those soon. The room was cleaned extremely well every day, felt very relaxed here. Right at arrival I was given a local map along with recommendations for places I might have interest in. Close to many hikes, stores, restaraunts and again the beach. Highly recommend and it's affordable :)

The view is stunning with the beach right on your doorstep, however, the restaurant is very posh and pricey yet the bartender didnt seem to have a clue what he was doing and our drinks were not complicated! I sent mine back to have it redone. In addition, on our second day we discovered the front burner in our kitchenette didn’t work properly which only left 1. We cooked our breakfast every morning so this made a difference! We also discovered the tub faucet moved! and lastly the tub didn’t drain properly so one was standing in 3 inches of water while showering. We were getting the most out of our 3 day visit and on the go most of the time so we mentioned these issues upon check out. The guy on the front desk said we should have mentioned them sooner and didn’t offer to reduce our bill or even offer some extra Rewards Points which I found very poor for such a big chain! That was very disappointing!

Clean well maintained.
Staff very professional well groomed friendly  very helpful and accommodating. 
I would highly recommend this place for a special occasion and storm watching. I enjoyed my stay and had a good experience.
