Ocean Village Resort Tofino

This is my second stay at Ocean Village, my first visit was about 8 years ago and the magic from then prompted the need for new memories. We rented a top floor of one of the cabins overlooking the ocean, we could hear the waves from inside our room. Everything in the cabin is very cute and laid out really well, even though it's a single floor, there is still a lot of room for us to move around and unpack our luggage. The staff here are wicked friendly & pools are kept clean. I totally recommend.

Cozy cabins in a world class setting, we loved our top floor studio everlooking the beach! Though these are technically cabins, they feel like hotel suites. The bathrooms are stocked with soft towels and local Sea Witch brand toiletries, the kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and cutlery-- as well as delicious complimentary Tofino roasted coffee. We utilized the drawers of our captain's bed to stash our stuff and had plenty of room to lounge on the couch and to hang out on our little deck until we were inspired to back outside and play! The helpful staff gave us good recommendations of places to grab a bite and told us about all of the amenities that the Ocean Village Resort had to offer. Would happily stay here again!

The room we stayed in was beautiful and fit four of us without a problem. Access to a kitchen was a plus for our family too, since we like to make our own food when we travel. We had an amazing view of the ocean right outside the window and we were able to build a little bonfire at the beach only a minute away.

We were in a two level cabin with the family and loved it. Wonderful view of the ocean and a beautiful beach to walk on. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful sunset. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This place deserves no stars due to their terrible customer service. My fiancé and I planned a wedding the weekend of our stay and we needed to cancel our rooms in order to flex to our wedding plans. They were heartless and did not allow us any refund of any kind, during their busiest season when they will definitely get the rooms booked after we cancelled. They even mentioned not wanting to "lose any revenue" during this busy season, making it obvious that money is more important to them than human kindness. Also, this statement is an oxy moron - you make the most money during your busy season so two people needing to cancel two nights would not impact your revenue significantly, considering ALL OTHER cabins were booked those days. Thank you for putting a bad taste in our mouth as we are trying to plan a wedding.
