Red Bargain Barn Ltd

Went to the red bargain burn to look at their living room sofas we spotted this double electric reclining sofa at the door as we were leaving after driving down the road it was suggested that I called to find out the price the owner said if I paid cash that he would sell it to me for $650 which I believe to be an excellent deal. So I returned to the store and paid the Young counter person the money that was agreed ,upon on leaving I made sure that he understood what sofa I was talking about which he returned yes he knew. When the sofa was delivered to our house it turned out that the sofa was the wrong color which would have been fine but one other thing was it was not the double reclining sofa we had agreed upon. It was one totally different the one we agreed upon had a cup holder inbetween the two recliners that folded back up when not in use. This one did not have nothing like that. When I talk to the owner of the store he told me that he would treat me right just let him look into it. Well when I contacted the store after waiting till 10 for the owner to call which he did not I was told by the young man that's was behind the counter the owner had told him to tell me that he was not going to sell me the sofa that we agreed upon because it came with a loveseat which there is no love seat in sight when we looked at it.. He basically told me that what we had is all we're getting for the money we paid and seeing that we had paid cash we did not have a leg to stand on.There is no paperwork to backup any agreement. So my suggestion to anybody else there is stay away from the red bargain Barn unless you want to get screwed. If you insist on doing with them get everything on paper and make sure the agreement is crystal clear when you leave.

Beyond disappointed!!! No customer service at all. I was recommended to go there to buy appliances. Never again. Broke numerous times couple of months after purchased, still under warranty and they did nothing to help. Just the bill for it to be fixed. They don't return phone calls and did nothing to supply me with a substitute while we waited for parts.

After a bad experience with a major retail chain we decided to check out the Red Bargain Barn. We not only found excellent personal service, but an exceptional deal on the appliances we purchased! Not to mention we were able to have it delivered the same day! ! We are in a rural area so this was a major plus for us!! Thank you Red Bargain Barn and will highly recommend you visit!.

Do not be fooled, this is not a "bargain" location. Husband and I walked right back out after a lap around the building showed that it's all pretty much marked at "New" retail pricing. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because there is that chance that something on sale/clearance at the end of the season might catch your eye, but outside those tags nothing is a "bargain".
