Monica was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I let her know what I was looking for in a couch and she guided me to the couches that suited my descriptions. She even searched on line to view upcoming shipments that fit my measurements. Thank you for all your help Monica and I will return for future furniture purchases. Also, the delivery men were prompt, clean and friendly. They even put felt pads on the bottom of my couch so it wouldn’t scratch the floor.
Ashley has a very friendly staff. They are knowledgable of their products, They are very helpful And they have a very good selection of products on hand. With their new expansion coming there will be even more. Even with current backlog of furniture we have been able to receive deliveries well ahead of schedule. Their installers and delivery people are very polite and make sure the area is cleaned up when leaving and answer any questions you have. We will definitely be back.

I visited Furniture King to see what they had for matresses, their sales staff was very knowlegable and courteous. They had terrific sales and were willing to work with me to accomodate my disability. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for home furnishings in the Ottawa Valley. Michele was the sales person that I dealt with and she did a wonderful job. Honest, polite, and friendly. Trevor was the manager that helped reduce the price for us, that made the sale affordable to keep the price within my budget and ensure the quality, comfort and size met what I was looking for. I was able to pick out the furniture i wanted, had it delivered, the workers put it all together for me, everything was in good condition, working order, fast delivery and set up.

We ordered a bedroom set beginning of November. Were told it would be 4-6 weeks... we still do not have it. I have called numerous times, and they keep saying a different date. Last date was week of February 8 2021. It is now March 1st and we still do not have it, and have not received a phone call saying where it is.. when I do call, they don't even care if we cancel the order.. I will not be supporting this company again.. the last call, I was told that they are sending the furniture to the states and not their Canadian customers... not very good business etiquette...
The sales associate was very helpful with my purchase, however, she did try to pressure me into buying a Samsung washer and couldn't really give me details about the GE I did end up purchasing. My other issue is that the finance company they signed us up through charged us for two washers and didn't remove the second charge for months. My washing machine works very well though. Previously we purchased couches through this store and the associate during that purchase assured us they would stand up to our cats. They did not. Though very beat up, with a lot of pilling and fur collection, they are still comfortable. They just look horrible. My advice, do your own homework before you make a purchase and don't be swayed by the sales associate, they are just looking to make a sale after all.
I got a couch here 2 years ago it was later then expected and since then I've been repaired many times and it just broke again. The service in store is good but the fact that my couch is made of chipboard and 1 inch straps is highly disappointing for 3 grand Update Today I still didn't hear from the store now my daughter injured herself on this couch one unhappy man
