This rating is for ordering online. Placed an order online and chose the Pembroke location as the pickup. Order was placed 2 weeks ago. After learning they could not provide me with a pickup date, asked the order be cancelled and my credit card refunded. Still waiting for my credit card to be refunded and the order has mysteriously disappeared from my online account. I would give a zero rating if possible.
