We had engaged Realty Link Management Services Ltd, Calgary to rent our house. It was great working with Steven. He is very sincere and hardworking. We handed our keys over to him and he got done the entire cleaning, painting and other miscellaneous jobs perfectly, constantly updating us over phone and videos. He was there at our house all the time showing tenants the house till it was rented. His accountant is very diligent in checking credit history and finances of probable tenants. She gave us the exact picture without mincing words and advised us about the pros and cons of each tenant which made decision making easy. I highly recommend Realty Link Management Services and happy that I found them to take care of my house,

We engaged RealtyLink to rent out our property over 10 years as well as to sell it recently after many years of services. All documents were well prepared professionally. They were great and very responsive to any issue and resolved them quickly. They also arranged for renovation of our property upon our request and renovation was done professionally and quickly. Steven also provides very professional advices and his team works very hard to rent out our property as well as selling it. All issues were taken care of in timely manner. Great service and definitely recommed 5 stars for their service.

Steve did an excellent job of renting our house. He arranged a handy man to do the necessary repair work for the property before renting. The professionalism Realty Link Team showed is beyond compare. I recommended another friend of mine to rent his house though Realty Link and I will recommend them for anyone who live in Calgary for their Realty needs.

I was with Realty Link for 5 years. Whenever I had issues with my unit, they responded very quickly and solved the issues with positive results in a timely manner. They were perfect until I got my deposit back! - Thanks Cecil and Joe! - I highly recommend this management company if you need a management company for your property.

1 star, because “No Stars” wasn’t an option. Complete joke of a company. If they get a chance to charge you a fee, they will… While they have no legal right to do so. For tenants that don’t have the wherewithal or knowledge to defend themselves, they will do everything they can to take advantage of you. Joe is the worst of em all, he’ll threaten a fee, and if you stand up for yourself and tell him his legal obligations, only then will he back down. They only want your money… and they’ll do everything they can to get it. They make the fees up as they go, they even tried to charge me a $100 fee for missing an appointment to do my walk out inspection. An appointment that I made for THEM. They were the ones needing to show up… I’m the one renting the property, and it is mine until the keys are handed back. I was moving out early, and had the house in better shape than when rented it. Even installed a dishwasher professionally and left it behind. Eradicated a huge ant hill that filled the backyard, and built a patio over it. Built a shed. Fire pit. Firewood rack. It was filthy when I moved in, stains on every wall like a smoker had lived there, yet they don’t don’t allow smoking, everything broken, doors, window cranks, back door lock, fence was falling down and they refused to replace even after it was negotiated during the lease signing. I even built the new fence to save them money with the landscaper, who was also my best friend. Oven was malfunctioning, took a year before they replaced it. The Hvac was disconnected in most rooms and they never fixed that either. Sink was leaking for 3 years, and all they ever did was add morE caulking. They replaced the sink the month before i moved out. I paid $1150 a month, they jacked the rent up to $1650 over night Joe and Cecil are the most unprofessional, uncouth, unreliable individuals i’ve ever dealt with. I managed a 22 unit apartment building for a number of years and i’ve never had as much problems with tenants as I did with this “land lord company”. Realty link management is just a bunch of slumlords. They do not care about you. They care about their money and keeping it. Will NEVER rent anything from them ever again, and neither should anyone else.

Overall a smooth experience with Steven as our property manager. Everything was documented during move in to ensure everything was correct during move out. No issues, we had a thermostat problem which was promptly handled. A great 1 year lease experience from a student!

We were with Realty Link for over ten years. We did not have any issues and they came quickly when things needed repairing. Before moving out, we made sure to replace light bulbs and fix the holes in the walls from hanging things. At our walk out, they were more than fair and did not try to bill us unfairly. They recognized the carpets and walls needing paint as wear and tear. At the move out, Cecil explained that it was good that we replaced all bulbs, did repairs as they need to pay a contractor to do these things and a simple bulb can end up costing way more than the dollar you would spend at the dollar store. We received our deposit back, minus a missing screen and broken light fixture. The charge was more than reasonable. It was a great experience and we would rent from them again. When you move out of a place, you need to spend time or money cleaning and repairing items to avoid having to pay a hired contractor. Realty link provided us with a list of expectations so that we could avoid charges. Otherwise, this stuff will come out of your deposit at a higher cost than doing it yourself.
